I have been working at Brio since 2012. For me, Brio has been like a second family where I have been growing for over 12 years. I started there just a few years after the beginning of my engineering career. Over the years, I have been involved in a multitude of projects that have allowed me to expand my skills and develop expertise in several areas. On a personal level, I have met wonderful people who have become friends over time. Activities such as table football, hockey, and Spike Ball during lunchtime have certainly contributed to this.

More recently, I decided to return to my hometown of Quebec City and work 100% remotely. As I had proven myself, Brio was open to the idea and supported me in my decision.

I am a member of the social club, and we try to plan activities every month, big or small. Outdoor family activities, escape games, themed dinners or lunches, board game nights, video games, organized sports activities – there is something for everyone, and we welcome new members. From my beginnings in 2011, I have benefited from a stimulating, dynamic, friendly, and conducive work environment for professional development. As a hardware designer, I have worked with technologies that interested me but also those that were unknown to me, all while having a level of freedom and responsibility that suited me. Over the years, various opportunities have arisen allowing me to climb the ranks of management, always with the same initial spirit of learning and having fun.
