To avoid delivery delays of electronic products, it often happens that the firmware is not final during assembly. Pre programming microcontrollers is a good choice in terms of time and cost. However, this means that we should have a final version of the software.
When there is a change of version of the embedded software of the microcontroller, this Test Jig allows reprogramming of several modules simultaneously.
Reprogramming is quick and does not affect the delivery of the products. The module detection ensures its correct location to avoid serial number errors.
Light indicators illustrate whether the reprogramming was successful or not.
“Bed of nails” kind of contacts are used to make the electrical connection between the Test Jig and the modules to test.
The model shown here allows the reprogramming of nine units simultaneously. This amount can be either increased or decreased depending on the physical size of the units.
